Greg and his wife, Katie, are conscientious vacation rental homeowners who want to be involved with the management of their several properties in Park City, Utah. The Results

Michael Broussard, the general manager (GM) of Park City for TurnKey, personally helped Greg and Katie through every step of the on-boarding process - from arranging hot tub maintenance to answering insurance and income projection questions. TurnKey's sophisticated rate management helped increase their bookings in every season and maximized their revenue. TurnKey fast-tracked on-boarding of their home to help ensure they were receiving revenue as quickly as possible. Our local account manager worked with Greg and Katie to make sure their amenities were top-of-the-line. Personalized service is a hallmark of TurnKey.

Greg and Katie desired year-round high occupancy to maximize revenue for both units. During ski season, they wanted to have high occupancy; but in the low season, they needed help finding a long-term renter. Their previous property management company wasn't willing to help find that renter. However, TurnKey worked with Greg and Katie to find suitable long-term summer renters forboth units to ensure occupancy was always high. We achieved this by turning to local distribution channels in addition to our nationwide distribution channels.
