Legislation Halting Growth of Short-term Rentals in Nashville Postponed

The Metro Planning Commission in Nashville, Tennessee, postponed a series of bills that would limit the expansion of short-term rentals in the area. The council hopes to come to a consensus at an April 13th meeting that satisfies short-term rental businesses, local residents, and the state government. Companies like Airbnb and HomeAway are working with the city to update short-term rental permits and strengthen cooperation.
